She supervises the operations, administration and accounting at Biom. She worked in leading IT companies and holds a Bachelors degree in both computer science and electronics.

Dr. Subhadra leads the Biom Pharmaceutical Corporation. As CEO of Biom, he brings expertise in growing and scaling businesses, operations, marketing, and innovation and broad brand portfolios. He worked with several early-stage biotech companies to develop and commercialize biomedical products and services.

As a researcher he studied the role of neuroserpin, tissue plasminogen activator, and thyroid hormone in synaptic plasticity and developed Alzheimer’s disease mouse models and has published extensively in prestigious journals including Nature and Science. He has developed and commercialized numerous patented technologies and products for biochemical, biofuel, and pharmaceutical companies. Bobban has earned a Master’s degree from University of Arkansas and a Doctoral degree in Microbiology and Immunology from School of Medicine, University of New Mexico.

Dr. Michael Swor is a leading gynecologist who has been serving women of all ages in Sarasota, Florida, for over 25 years. He founded Swor Women’s Care to provide high-quality, patient-focused gynecological care for every stage of a woman’s life. Dr. Swor is an assistant clinical professor in the department of ObGyn at both University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa and Florida State University College of Medicine in Sarasota.

He is a member of a number of professional organizations including a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Surgeons. In 1992, he founded Surgical Safety Products, Inc., a company dedicated to improved patient care. After overseeing several rounds of corporate financing and attracting a top tier management staff, the company went public in 1996. The fast-growing company partnered with IBM, US Surgical and signed healthcare information licensing deals with a national network of hospitals. That company became Power 3 Medical, developing new tests and treatments for cancer, Alzheimer’s disease and drug resistance

Dr. Swor earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine.

With a history of senior executive roles, board memberships, and advisory positions in various healthcare companies, Tom has played a pivotal role in shaping healthcare ventures. He is the founder and senior advisor at Omeza Holdings, Inc., co-founder of KeyView Labs, and founding chairman of IntegriChain, among other notable roles. Tom is also known for his commitment to fostering youth leadership through initiatives like the LEAD Program and his involvement in BRIDGE Angel Investors.

Before his extensive work in healthcare leadership, Tom Gardner served as Group Vice President at Johnson & Johnson from 1974 to 1987, leading the marketing and R&D teams that propelled Tylenol to become the number 1 Health & Beauty Aids brand in the U.S. Previously, Tylenol had only been marketed as an ethical pharmaceutical product.

His early career included a role as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble from 1970 to 1974, where he specialized in the packaged soap & detergent division. Throughout his career, Tom has demonstrated proficiency in regulatory affairs, management, marketing, strategic thinking, sales management, teamwork, and leadership.

With a remarkable track record, including leadership positions at Nucryst Pharmaceuticals, Songbird Hearing, Datamonitor, and Access Health, Tom Gardner continues to make significant contributions to the healthcare industry. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from the University of St. Thomas (MN) and has shared his expertise as a guest lecturer at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
